I’m Ebony, that’s what my mama named me. However, my husband affectionately referred to me as “hislovelywife” while delivering a thank you speech to our guests at our wedding and IT STUCK.

I rant a lot about life, my kids, my husband, my friends, my hair, and so much more.

Here’s my why: I LOVE story-telling. I LOVE writing.

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA but currently residing in Boston, MA.

The blog was originally started as a mommy blog because parenting is AF and I needed to vent but then it turned into a lifestyle blog because surprisingly I’m not just a mom. I’m a woman with feelings, shitty habits, big hair and a beautiful love story.

My goal is to never give advice but to always enlighten, share my stories and hope that women feel like they aren’t alone on this crazy journey of life.
